If you choose to connect a Gmail account, Inbrief requests permission to access Gmail data required to provide its email analysis features.

• Gmail message and thread identifiers

Inbrief only requests the Gmail permissions necessary for the features it provides.

• Provide and operate Inbrief

We do not use the content of your emails to serve advertising.

Inbrief uses AI services to analyze email content and generate classifications and other features.

Email content may be processed by our AI service providers for the purpose of providing Inbrief's functionality.

We do not sell your email content or use it for advertising.

Inbrief uses Google's Gmail API to provide its email analysis features.

When you connect Gmail, Google requires you to grant the requested permissions explicitly.

You can revoke Inbrief's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings or through available Inbrief controls.

Information required to provide Inbrief may be stored using third-party infrastructure providers, including our database and hosting providers.

Gmail-related data is associated with your Inbrief account so that one user's information is not displayed to another user.

Authentication credentials and Gmail OAuth tokens are stored on server-side infrastructure and are not intentionally exposed to the browser.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required for legitimate operational, legal, or security purposes.

You may request deletion of your Inbrief account and associated data by contacting us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

• Supabase
• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• AI processing providers
